Chuck Dowling is a lifelong gamer and entertainment junkie.  Starting with the Atari 2600 he received for Christmas in 1979, Chuck has continued to game through all subsequent console generations, except for a brief period of time in the mid-90s when he got married and lost his damn mind.

Anyway, Chuck owns all three current gen systems but primarily plays on the Xbox 360.  Nothing against the Playstation 3 which is a fine Blu Ray player, or the Nintendo Wii which is a fine dust magnet, but Chuck’s preference is simply for Microsoft’s console right now.  However he is not a fanboy about such things and will gladly game on the other two systems when a particular exclusive title strikes his fancy.

Chuck tried podcasting once, producing 13 hodgepodgy shows that absolutely no one cared about.  In the end he decided that podcasting alone was a bad idea, and now hopes to become famous by simply guest starring on other people’s shows, like Charo.

Chuck’s main contribution to Gamers With Casts, besides editing and publishing, is the Pile of Shame review series where he commits to playing through his backlog of games before he’s allowed to buy new ones.

You can follow him on Twitter where he tweets entirely too much, or visit his blog Pockets of Sanity.
